Adam Cares - Principal
Adam is an experienced planner, GIS analyst, and project manager with a track record of success. With an emphasis on building trust and maintaining relationships, Adam has overseen numerous complex and challenging land use and natural resource projects in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Colorado. Adam brings a unique combination of experience in land use planning, spatial analysis, project management, and water resources. Raised on a family farm, Adam is passionate about agriculture, natural resources, and rural communities. He resides in Chewelah, Washington, and has served on the Stevens County Water Conservancy Board since 2018, currently serving as the Board Chair. He holds a Bachelors in Economics & Business and a Masters Degree in Rural Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen, UK.

Cara Cares - Principal, Operations Director
Cara is a licensed attorney with attention to detail and aptitude for research, technical writing, and editing. Her prior experience in legal practice, executive leadership, and corporate compliance makes her instrumental in running daily operations for AC Geo. Additionally, she has significant experience in grant writing and grants management allowing her to support clients with federal and state funding opportunities. Cara was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and appreciates the joys of exploring and raising kids in the mountains, woods, and waters of Washington State. She holds a bachelors in Sociology from Whitworth University and a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law.
